Members agree to travel together to the Western World Tournament to end their 2013 season. Working together as a team, growing, succeeding, struggling, laughing, and most importantly playing together. Playing itself is meant to be fun, regardless of outcome. Winning is a sub-product of our number one goal: Team Work. A team of continuity and reliability has more strength than a rotating door of talent.

I think the color scheme is on point.. torger and ING, maybe check out some of the web sites of jersey companies for more ideas , such as all day, mojo, the dirty word elite, etc.
